We invite all Gaston County, NC locally-owned restaurants to provide us with any news, upcoming events, or other special information that they’d like for us to include in our newsletters and share on our social media etc.

Limited Number of Featured Restaurant Listings Available

While we are always looking to work to help promote all local eateries, for 2024 we are looking to partner with up to 12 restaurants for inclusion in our monthly rotating features.

Here’s what that includes:

  • Each one will be featured for a full month of the calendar year as the main focus in the Facebook Group and other social media.
  • Each one will be listed in every email newsletter sent during the calendar year in addition to being the lead feature for one month.
  • During the month featured, we’ll be giving away a $50 Gift Card for use at the featured restaurant!
  • Featured restaurants will have full pre-approval for posting up to 3x daily in the Facebook Group.
  • Featured restaurants will have a page on the website with photos, location, website and social links and map/directions.

During the month your location is featured, we’ll work with you to promote your restaurant(s) and any specials, special events, upcoming events or other newsworthy items you’d like. If you’d like for us to host a Menu Mob event or create a special for group members only etc., those are also options we can work together with you on!

There will be 12 annual spots open (one for each calendar month). Choice of month for feature will be first come, first served.

Beyond those restaurants who decide to become one of our featured locations for the year, we also welcome everyone else to work with us to help promote their businesses as well. You can use the form below to submit news items, upcoming event information etc. to use for possible inclusion in our newsletters, social media and Facebook Group.

Also, for 2024 there will be new rules in place in our Facebook Group for posting. Those not participating in our featured locations program will be allowed to post up to 1x per day and those posts will be moderated for quality. The group moderators reserve the right to refuse posts.

For posts to be accepted, they must be:

  • A post unique to the group, not a share from another group or page.
  • Post must include unique information (a daily special, an event happening that day, or specific news/update). Uninformative posts (galleries, memes, personal rants, simple announcements etc.) will be declined.
  • Post must be made by the actual business page, not by an individual (unless designated and stated as a business representative).
  • No “Reels” or other similar type posts. (these often cause glitches in moderation queue)

Featured restaurant listings are limited to 12 businesses per year. Multiple locations will be combined. Annual fee will be invoiced upon receipt of this form. Limited general advertising opportunities are available.
