Renaldo’s Culinary Experience, inside Eastridge Mall in Gastonia, NC opened in the Fall of 2017.
When most people think of eating in a typical shopping mall food court, a cookie-cutter image of cuisine comes to mind. And yet Renaldo Norris invites anyone with such a preconceived notion to saunter up to his new restaurant at Eastridge Mall in Gastonia, where he believes they will have both their mind and their taste buds blown.

Was very surprised food was amazing and Owner and people were awesome. He gave my
pregnant wife more than what she asked for cause he knew it was what she wanted and it wasn’t in the combo
will definitely be back

It’s unusual for a quality restaurant like Renaldo’s to be located in a mall. I’ve had several dishes and all were excellent. The pizza’s are priced right and flavorful. Cheesy Grits and Shrimp with a Cajun style sauce, a very nice change from burgers and fries. You really need to go and try anything!

i was hesitant to eat at the mall food court but I am so glad we did. I had the salmon and it was cooked perfectly and seasoned with a unknown seasoning that brought out a wonderful taste in the salmon. I hope they can at some point move to a local place where they can build their own ambiance. The food was excellent and the staff was wonderful in explaining the items and waiting for us as we decided. My wife tasted the shrimp and grits and she tends to be picky about that dish and she was very impressed with the dish. I spoke with the owner and he was very very friendly and outgoing. You need give this local eatery your business. You will not be disappointed!!
We love our new friend Renaldo at Renaldo’ s Culinary Experience in Gaston Mall!
We had the scrumptious Lobster Roll from tonight’s special with Vinegar-Salted Sweet Potato Chips!
Of course we had to take home a little extra something special… Jerk Chicken BBQ Pizza
Next time I’m going for the Shrimp & Grits sampled during the short wait for our takeout Pizza. Whoa!!

The Culinary Experience wasn’t such an experience for me, the Chef was very rude, attitude was unpleasant, ordered 2 slices of pizza, which they wanted to put into 1 box, asked for 2nd box, the Chef told me boxes cost money, but mind you your menu is overpriced and can’t have another box and I️ just spent $10 for 2 slices and a drink.
